A: Yes any pages that contain your personal
ordering information are encrypted before being sent over the internet. For more

Will I be receiving the out-of-stock items in the future?
A: No. If we were unable to fill an item at the
time you ordered it, it is cancelled until another order is actually placed for it. We
automatically deduct the item from your order.
Q: Can the Music Recyclery take requests,
or contact me when an item comes in?
A: Sorry, but no. Since we deal in used
merchandise, we never know when a copy of something will be coming in, and we have no
fool-proof method of flagging an item for a particular customer. The best thing to
do is check back with us often. Our inventory really does change every day.
Q: What if my order is incorrect?
A: Send us an email at orders and we will work to correct
Q: How long do I have to return a
A: 30 days. We will reimburse you for the shipping
Q: Can I add to an order I already placed?
A: Were sorry, but once an order is placed, it
cannot be added to or combined with another. This reduces confusion and keeps
shipping as timely as possible.
Q: I live outside the United States and my
country will charge import taxes. Can the Music Recyclery mark what I order
as a gift on customs forms?
A: Sorry, but no. We are legally required to
mark all items at the value you paid for them.
Q: When I sell to you, how long will it
take to get the money?
A: We send out a check via US mail within three
business days of receiving your items.
Q: I have some credit with the Music
Recyclery, either from selling items or otherwise. How do I use it?
A: As you are checking out, there will be a box to
enter comments and shipping instructions in. Write that you have credit with us for
x amount and we will match that up with your file and apply it to your order. If
there is any left, you will receive an email stating the amount.
Q: Do you accept CDs without the jewel
A: Yes, but we do require front and back liner
notes for all CDs. Pack them carefully if you choose to ship without the jewel
Q: Do you accept scratched CDs, DVDs or
A: Yes, we do. However, they cannot be
excessively scratched or damaged so you can see the damage from the top of the disc.
When we receive a scratched disc we pay 20% of the amount we initially quoted you or that
we would normally pay.
